1. The fuel delivery system from the new fuel tank internal pump valve to the NEW fuel transfer pump and fuel water separator and all fuel lines to the engine are all new. This was done three ago.
2. At least two thirds or more of the hours on the engine are hours BEFORE ENGINE REBUILD was done. Pier-7 did the complete rebuild of the engine for $4,485.00. The engine runs like new, has never and does not smoked and always starts right up.
3. I have installed (2) 12Vdc to 120Vac inverters. I also installed 2 Golf cart deep cycle batteries and a separate starting battery. New boats do not come set up this way. You can be at anchor for two days before having to recharge. Longer of course if you do not run everything.
4. Three years ago I replaced the original 35 Amp alternator with a NEW 70 Amp alternator. This of course has allowed charging to be much more efficient and quicker.
5. I also have installed refrigeration on the boat.
6. The Swedish Origo non pressurized alcohol stove was $350.00 extra and is much, much safer than gas or pressurized alcohol. It heats as fast as a gas stove and the oven is great. I have had some amazing food cooked in this stove.
7. The davits are custom made and have double the load rating of ANY off the shelf davits. They each have 1,300 pounds rating. They also were designed to have a place already made for mounting solar cells or a wind generator.
8. It is the ONLY sailboat I know of that has a really cool fold up back swim platform transom like power boats have. When folded up it is never in the way and is basically invisible as it conforms to the back of the boat. It has added much usefulness and a great fun swimming off of place when at anchor.
9. I also added a custom extended fold up swim ladder off the transom.
